place has roaches and it’s severely ghetto has crackheads and police over almost weekly, wouldn’t recommend at all id rather live on the portland streets lol.
Having precious & Brittany as managers has made living here so great. They did a little community event with tacos so I got to meet neighbors. They keep the entire apartment complex clean. And they are always communicative all the time, I’ve never had to wait for a service request and if I have they communicate time and willing to work with my busy schedule. . I enjoy living here ☺️

Many months ago Lana had my sink fixed so that it wouldn't leak into my dishwasher (including fixing my garbage-disposal. And, a few years ago, my stove was replaced with a brand-new one). Tony was the one that removed the old one and put the new stove. He has also, on a few occasions, replaced batteries for the fire detectors. So, they have always been helpful.
