Great apartments huge living areas! Nice tenants and the manager is also very nice and goes out of her way and the extra mile to accommodate and really help the tenants out and the maintenance man is the best too he really knows how to get the problems fixed fast and is very knowledgeable friendly and courteous.
place has roaches and it’s severely ghetto has crackheads and police over almost weekly, wouldn’t recommend at all id rather live on the portland streets lol.
Having precious & Brittany as managers has made living here so great. They did a little community event with tacos so I got to meet neighbors. They keep the entire apartment complex clean. And they are always communicative all the time, I’ve never had to wait for a service request and if I have they communicate time and willing to work with my busy schedule. . I enjoy living here ☺️
