This place is has all kinds of bugs in the apartments,. The rent goes up every year, and if u don't give an exactly 30 day notice of moving out you do not get your security deposit back. And the owner's son's are complete jerks.
RecommendedTruly a home. I looked at several apartments and chose this complex because it is unique. It’s within the Metro Detroit area and “off the beaten path.” Close to everything, yet private. Safe and convenient. Wonderfully maintained and economical.
Living at woodside was not great. We lived in a basement apartment for 3yrs. We never Sat outside because of all the drunks, and we smoked outside after moving in we smoked in the bathroom. They never fixed anything inside they only do outside work. Management is an asshole, mike the landlord jumped out of his truck one morning telling at my husband and me like we were his kids and he just caught us skipping school, I'm sorry I'm damn near 40 who is he? I would not recommend anyone moving there.
I have lived here for 8 years, it is the best, very well maintained, the family that owns woodside, are very special people, i plsn on living here for the rest of my days.
I love it here. It's like being on vacation all year long without the work. The staff is excellent. They are on top of things. Every one is friendly.
Love it out here! Very quiet and safe. Have no problems. Neighbors are friendly. Staff are amazing. Don't think I'll ever find a better place to live. My husband and I are just so happy to be here and our daughter loves the pool and playing outside. Going to the petting farm is her favorite place to show our family and friends. It's just a beautiful and wonderful place.
