New manager Melissa Stephens is not professional and makes residents uncomfortable. Everything has declined since she has taken over the complex.

After a year (July 2017), I was recently refunded $400 of my $450 deposit when Woodside was unable to move me into Woodside Village on our agreed-upon date due to structural issues. Unfortunately, no one ever reached out to let me know the status re if/when I would be able to move in or not. Nor did anyone reach out to offer me my refund. I had to chase it for a year. Now I receive a 4-month backdated check that's $50 short. Yes, I know it's a "processing" fee. However, I never benefited from this "processing." I was not all... read more
