I honestly wish I could give this place a one star. I am not even a tenant and I was treated so poorly. I am not one to leave reviews but this experience was just terrible. I called for a viewing on Monday and whoever picked up the phone was very snappy that she had two missed calls from me and she complained that she was very busy for the next two days with move ins and inspections. i use to live here in 2013. Looking at the reviews, it seems like nothing has changed. The Landlord is very rude and is always talking about your business to other tenants. I remember hearing her husband (maintenance man) talking about me from outside my complex. Her husband lied and said my friend was smoking weed outside which wasn't true because I was there. Landlord told me I have to let her know when I have guest over. Please. I had people coming over more than 3 at a time and never mentioned it to her. For what? Living... read more
Think long and hard before you sign a lease here. If you are between the ages of 18-35 you will likely regret it. Management is invasive and intrusive. It is a hassle to have guests and if you do they WILL be knocking around 10 pm. Should consider converting to a senior community. The shenanigans mentioned in the comment below could literally qualify as talking in your own living room with the window open, There is no AC so it is almost impossible to close the windows in the summer but we did last summer because of this very... read more
