Both Brittany’s in the leasing office made my stay absolutely amazing. They are professional, dependable & articulate. They were clear on lease agreements & I appreciated that immensely. There were no surprises. I’d like to add the maintenance was phenomenal. The few (minor) issues I had in my apartment were remedied immediately. I appreciated the staff greatly & will miss them.

Apartments on lower level as well as townhouse units often have water seep in during heavy rainstorms. Experienced this is 2 separate units within the complex. Inadequate drainage and poorly maintained gutters and downspouts led to this dilemma. Getting a hold of property management is a hassle and even if you leave messages most calls are not returned or issues followed up on. Dishwasher did not work and made several attempts to get it fixed. It would drain into the kitchen rather than an actual drain. Ended up not using it... read more
