Both Brittany and Renee in the office go above and beyond for their residents! Woodside is a quiet, recently renovated, cozy retreat in valpo that anyone is sure to enjoy. I like how small it is compared to some other complexes in the area. Would reccomend living here!
I just recently moved into Woodside and WOW these apartments are looking amazing! The new owners are really doing some needed TLC to the place. Ladies in the office are the sweetest too. Haven't dealt with maintenance too much yet but I am sure they're just as great! Don't judge the property by the outside quite yet but just wait until you see the potential by the inside of the units. Looking forward to my year or more here. :)
Positive aspects: The property is not located near a main road, which provides a generally quiet environment. Living on the second floor, I did not experience noise issues from neighbors or outside traffic. The apartment had a relatively recent renovation. The apartments are clean, spacious, and well maintained. Britany and Renee are kind, compassionate, and helpful. Maintenance staff is courteous and responsive to all work order and repair requests. Parking lots are quickly plowed of snow during the winter. The area is safe, peaceful, and well lit at night.
