I had an appointment for Wednesday Sept 9. I got a call on Saturday Sept 5 asking me to come instead one day before for the appointment. I showed up on the morning of Sept 8. And to my dissatisfaction was told that my appointment is for Sept 9th and not the 8th ( as I was asked to come in). I wasted my travel time , got totally fed up with this unprofessional service of appointments and just canceled my appointment. I had a wonderful experience with my dental hygienist! Caitlin was professional, gentle, and very thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. My cleaning was done with great care, and I really appreciated her friendly and welcoming attitude. Highly recommend Caitlin to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dental hygienist!
The staff at the reception desk are friendly and the overall experience was great I would recommend brush dental for anyone!
