Dr. Alavi is very knowledgeable and explains every step that is necessary for your health. There is a wait time but it's worth it. He cares a lot about his patients and his staff is the best! I am very scared to go to a dentist due to my experience but thanks to Dr. Alavi I can get my fear out of the way. I am very happy to come over here and get my teeth cleaned and taken care of. Dr. Alavi cares a lot about the patient. He saved me from an implant by reusing a cracked post, so I would do the implant years later. He explained the condition so well and detail that I really understood the impacts of the decisions I made.
This office is not the cleanest office I have seen, there was a a long waiting time until I went to the room and new guy assistant did not know how to rake xrays and assist! He repeated same xray many times and and exposed me to rays more than necessary . Room were not clean! I could see bloods and and stains on the unit! I have now finished my major dental work . I never had to wait more than 10 min. Dr. Alavi is not only a dentist, he is also a caring man. He did a great job and will never go to another dentist again. My teeth are beautiful . I will just be going for adjustments now and I am glad to continue seeing him.
