The apartments are nice, but the office is terrible to work with. When I signed my lease (unable to tour the apartment prior to moving in due to COVID), I was told there was laundry on every floor. This is untrue, they have laundry onsite, but I have to walk out of my building and into the neighboring building to do laundry. I have a cat and I emailed and called them within the first month of moving in because they were not charging me pet rent. I was told it would be fixed within the first month.
