Absolutely horrific they do such a great job till you sign the lease ensure that its a drug free complex when its the complete opposite, the hallways smell of weed as well as it coming in through the fan in the bathroom, we addressed many issues during the time we where here and it took them over a year to even do or say anything about it they gave me the run around with my service animal the place is a joke and run by a bunch of clowns, its a great place to live if you wanna get ripped off and want your kids to grow up to b... read more
My husband and I lived here for three years and really liked it. If we ever had a problem with anything, they would be up to fix it STAT. And I mean, STAT. The management was really nice and accommodating and caring. They are really good with pets too. We got a dog while we were there, and they were so loving towards him and there are a lot of areas where he could relieve himself. They have a gym and a pool included which is great. I have lived here 12 years and I love it! The office and maintenance are all nice and friendly. If something is wrong they fix it promptly which I really appreciate! I Don't really see me living anywhere else!!
Staff is slow to respond but quick to gossip. Always something illegal going on. Lots of mud, little grass, plenty of dog poop. Broken down cars, no recycling, people leave trash everywhere. Maintenance guys are awesome.
