Look elsewhere. Moving out of here was the happiest day of my life. No soundproofing in this building. 90% of the 1-bedroom units (which are tiny and cramped, under 500 square feet) have families of 5+ people living in them. Children screaming, dogs barking, loud footsteps and loud music all day long. This is supposed to be a smoke-free building, but people still smoke in their units and in the stairwell. I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. 270 Spadina Road East is truly the best place to live. The environment is always so clean and peaceful. I also want to give a special shout-out to Christina Monteiro and Omid—they are absolutely amazing. They’re always so friendly and quick to help whenever you need anything. I genuinely love living here. Thank you!
I’ve had a great experience living here for the past two years. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and I’ve been fortunate to have no issues with my neighbors. The property is well-maintained, and whenever I submitted a maintenance request, it was addressed within 24 hours. Everything gets taken care of quickly and efficiently.
