I lived in this building for 15 months and had a great experience. The place is always very clean and well-maintained, located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. There’s a bus stop nearby, a 24-hour minimarket, a gas station, and even a tennis court and bowling alley right next to the building – super convenient! Great place to live. Everything is very close. Beautiful park nearby.
It's been an amazing experience staying here for more than 1 year. The community manager Christina Monteiro is very responsive, approachable and goes over and beyond for tenants. When I had an issue that caused me some personal expenditure, Christina took it upon herself to get me a partial reimbursement. I was pleasantly surprised that she was able to make it happen. I do not hesitate to recommend this property for anyone who desires a welcoming community for themselves and their family!
Just completed 14 months lease with this beautiful property located in Kitchener,ON. Manager Christina is very helpful and nice. You can call/text anytime, she will answer even after working hours. Cleaning staff maintaining this new property very well (elevators , Front door ,back door area always clean) Will miss this place and kitchener for sure.
Christina and the staff demonstrated great care + consistently exceeded expectations.
