These apartments are not worth anything of what they are charging.. Appliances are cheap no name brands for the most part and fall apart quickly. Management treats the residents like they own the residents or are doing them a favor by letting them exist there. Norris and Stevens keeps adding"policies" that are ridiculous. Like their recent was trying to tell the residents that they cannot have curtains unless they are "white sheer".
