We’ve lived here for three years, and while yes this isn’t the worst place to live, it is absolutely not the best. Rent is steep for the lack of amenities. There’s a pool. That’s it. The rules and restrictions even before COVID were ridiculous. No floaties, even the kind for our infant. This complex is not kid friendly. God forbid you need to reach out to management for anything, they are incredibly rude and snarky. No one cares about how loud they are. So far it's great. I love it here and I love the neighborhood.
It hasn't been a year yet, but I love living here. The apartment is nice. When concerns arise the staff is quick to respond and it's important to give them positive feedback when they are doing something well. Positivity goes a long way and they are quick to respond as a result. Neighbor related issues are harder to resolve, thankfully, those have been few. In the end, the choice is yours to make.
Water gets shut off for the whole day about once a month. Management doesn't care about how much noise their workers make nor how much noise your neighbors make. Contacting management does absolutely nothing. Look for another place to live ESP if you work night shift
