I really love the way they have Woodside apartments now especially the landlord and Maintenance. They come through every time.I like living here! I have bugs no roaches, no type of problem. If I have a Minor problem always come and fix it or handle my issue for me in a decent time. I will encourage all family and friends This is a perfect place to live at
I hate to get on here and do this but I'm tired of this tomfoolery and being given the run around. I lived here for exactly 1 year(Apartment M-6, to be exact). When I moved in Mrs Jay was pleasant and handled things promptly. She was great but after 2-3 months they moved here to another complex and things went downhill REAL QUICK! No maintenance person was on-site nor was there anyone working the office. I told them something was wrong with my AC unit outside but was told that there was nothing wrong. Woodside has been my home for 7 years and I've always felt more at home here than anywhere else I've lived. The location is a quiet setting, well maintained and my apartment is spacious and most accommodating. I've had no issues with maintenance and all requests have always been handled in a timely manner. And our property manager is Maria, a very nice lady who truly cares and works so hard to make Woodside the best place I've ever lived. AND the new washers and dryers are awesome!
