RecommendedLoving the office renovations and the staff is great!
The apartments themselves are older but the management are constantly putting funding into the look, feel, and upkeep of them. The people in the office are the best and always helpful.
It is a nice and quiet community. The staff is hardworking and responsive. Management is continuing to make improvements throughout.
If you rent here, you will be parking at Food Lion across the street or reserving a parking spot for $50 per month. In the last 2 years here I've dealt with garbage thrown all over the community, nails all over the parking lot, raccoons, mice, bees, various bugs in the apartment, the smell from the waste plant in the summer time, broken appliances, a leak in my ceiling (middle floor apt), which went all over and destroyed my tv, roku, carpet, and coffee table. My lease is over in April, if I make it until then.
Very bad bad customer service. They changed 3 managements in 1 year and very rude. We told them we r leaving 56 days before leaving so they charged us 400 dollars bec they said we should tell them 60 days before and we all know the law is 30 days. I dont recommend anyone to rent there and the apartments r very old.
