Very nice just to get you in. Don't fall for it. Woodscape apartments are THE WORSE I have ever lived in. I thought my neighbor was crazy when he moved and was telling me why. Then I realized ok he is not crazy WOODSCAPE is CRAZY. Double the rent if you do not renew, mold growing in windows, walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbors entire conversations.
