It’s been okay living here. However having your ac cut and not working after a clog and it leaking all over the floor because you call multiple times asking for filters. Then you get it fixed and you ask for filters and they say they’ll bring some.... 3 weeks later now and still calling with no return phone calls and I’m pregnant! And I have a 3 year old! The office workers suck but a few maintenance people are good and make up for it.

It’s been okay living here. Neighbors put cigarette butts at my door knowing I have a 3 year old and two dogs. I haven’t even been home for two weeks & I come home to it. Make a report and cleaned it up and the next morning again... cigarette butts on my doorstep after I cleaned it up!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting. Woodscape Apartment community treats their tenants terribly...Human excrement has literally backed up into my loved ones tub and has overflown onto their bathroom floor and onto their carpet. She shares this home with her 5 year old son, her adventurous 1 year old and significant other. Maintenance has come into their home one time, and has done a suboptimal job at cleaning it up. Can you imagine stepping on urine and feces, let alone smelling it for 3 days??!! Most of their personal property is ruined!

Woodscape Apts is a great community to live the office staff are so helpful, maintance workers do good jobs ,the grounds are kept up except, for the back yards behind the complex, my back yard.Every apt has there own problems but they usually get resolved I have been here going on six years I enjoy living here. Come and join us.
They ain’t worth the price they trying charge people . The rentl office lady is rude and runs her mouth about people personal business . They money hungry people
