Best Real Estate Transaction Ever!
Excellent Realtor. I used Steve to buy my first unit and used him again on a sale. He is knowledgable and accurate on pricing and what needs to be done and when. The buyer requested a quick closing and Steve made the process smooth and stress-free. He even went out of his way to resolve unexpected issues that popped up. For example, two carbon monoxide sensors needed to be added. He bought these on his own dime and even installed him. I highly recommend Steve!
Outstanding . I am so blessed to have had Steve as my Real Estate Agent. There is nobody else I would have wanted to represent selling my home. Steve’s communication and knowledge of the market were spot on and I could trust that he would take care of looking out for my best interests.
