Carol doesnt pay her subs. Been trying to get payment for 7 months for new construction home in billerica. . I keep getting excuse after excuse. House gets a buyer so she needs it touched up. Promised to pay in full. Did work without hesitation. House closed. Got her money. And two weeks later im still getting excuses and incremental payments. We have been more than patient especially with such dishonesty about paying her bill from the end of june 2025.
Best realtor we have ever dealt with, they are kind, empathetic and supportive in every step of the way !! They back up everything they say, they follow up after the sale!!
Literally the worst realtor. I had to deal with carol and she was terrible. Then my brother bought a house in the same town and had to deal with her. He would never work with her again either.
