worst pool business in battle creek. lazy workers and will nickel and dime you for years if you let them. my grandma called them about a leak in her filter pipe underground. they came out trying to sell her accessories while denying there was a leak. they even went as far as telling my step dad he had to dig the trench so they could access the pipe after being called out numerous times then finally refused to come out and service her pool after being a customer for decades.
Really enjoying my new pool!!! It's perfect!! Nice, friendly people to work with!! Still some finishing touches to be done but so far, I'm very, very pleased. Thank you.
bartered parts for service, never got credited. This company does not keep good records for services. My pool was never fixed. Charged me for new parts when original parts were used. Never corrected my problem. Will never use this business again.
