My husband and I have lived here for almost 5 years. We have enjoyed our time here because it is safe, in a great location, and we enjoy the peaceful scenery provided by all the trees on the property. Recently, we have been grateful for the warm and welcoming staff and trivia night. We look forward to more community events so we can get to know the MAA Barton Skyway team and our neighbors better.
Manny is fantastic! He’s always quick to respond, professional, and thorough. Every time I’ve needed help, he’s fixed the issue promptly and with a great attitude. Really appreciate his hard work!
The staff that I’ve met so far, Sandy and Justin, have been so helpful with my tours, signing, move-in, everything. I work identical hours to the office so this move-in was tricky for me but they have been so responsive and helpful over email. The property itself is so beautiful and the apartment is in such good condition. I love this area with the green belt walking distance away, and there’s not heavy traffic in the neighborhood. Very quite and beautiful.
I just sent a maintenance request, and within a short time, Robert arrived, quickly diagnosed my sliding glass door and screen door problem and fixed them within minutes. He was very competent, friendly and very easy to communicate with. I greatly appreciate his quick response and help!!
I’ve lived at this apartment complex for six years, and unfortunately, one of the biggest ongoing issues has been the inconsistent water flow and frequent lack of hot water (Building 12) This has not been a one-time problem—it’s been a recurring issue the entire time I’ve lived here.
