Hello. I attempted to reach out to you so that I can address your concerns. It is your responsibility as a leaseholder to contact the office about any work orders that need done. Without contacting the office, you are not giving us permission to enter to complete a work order. Please call the office back so that we may address your situation as the claims you are making are serious and require immediate attention.
Management is absolutely inept, refuses to address legitimate problems after multiple complaints. Parking and noise restrictions go completely unenforced. I have two small children who are frequently awoken from naps and bedtime because some tenants apparently have not realized the difference between college dorms and residential apartments. It is not uncommon for us to have to park a block or more away from our apartment because people long term park (>30 days) or allow their guests to park in resident spots. Management doe... read more

Hello, I apologize for your issues that you have been having. We have been in contact with you concerning these issues and feel that we have rectified the situation in a timely manner. Please be assured that when a complaint is brought to our attention, we do everything that we can to remedy the problem. Unfortunately, we do not have assigned parking, however, we do offer assigned carports for $20 per month. If you have any other questions or concerns, please contact our office.
If something breaks or you have bugs from a neighbor expect them to somehow blame you and not fix it for weeks. Becky is absolutely ridiculous and so rude and unhelpful. These apartments are expensive just because they are in centerville, I feel bad for anyone who moves in here in the future my list can go on forever
