Poor would really be an improvement. These halfwits couldn't install a turd in a toilet bowl. They wouldn't deliver the temporary steps I requested and complained the whole time because they weren't here. It took them almost 3 months to do the trim work and I had to go behind them and fix the siding, the underpin, the interior trim and finish tacking down the carpet.
