Good gym with a variety of workout machines and close to town. Met up with a friend from pott springs in Hamilton county, haven't seen in a while, it's small town places like this that still exist make "going into town" an experience that is worth while. Felt real local and charming, nice place overall, and kept very well clean.

I love this place! I come in almost every day! It's always perfectly clean, nice and cool. Members are very respectful. Everyone puts their weights away and wipes the machines down. They have every machine and free weight you could ever need, I love that they have the disinfectant wipes and trash cans strategically placed perfectly. This is by far the best kept gym I've ever been a member of. Keep it up!

Woods Is amazing..Very clean..Great classes. Equipment is always functioning..Owners put their whole hearts into a great gym..Love it.
