Im going to move out next year. Assosiatio. dont even check there mailbox for assesment fee and at the end they put to collections. Plus they dont care about streets
Do NOT move here !!!! The club house pool has a million rules, and if you rent the space for a party they will find every excuse to nickle and dime you. There's always huge ice patches in the winter. The outside garbage bins have tops made of metal and these poor elderly people have to lift these heavy lids to throw away their trash. The management company could not care less about anything other than making money. Garage inspections you get fined for if you work and can't make it.
