CWD- Doctor Wood and his staff was awesome. I had a major problem one weekend and made an appointment and was seen right away. Still smiling
Found myself caught in a slight dental emergency this morning and began calling around since my dentists office is hrs away. Not much was working out until I got in touch Dr. Woods at CWD Dental Group. He was exceptionally polite and attentive to my situation. It was a frustrating experience. First, they texted me asking if I could come in early, which I couldn’t, so I asked to reschedule. Instead of accommodating that, they guilt-tripped me, saying someone was coming in on their day off, which made me feel pressured to keep the appointment. When I showed up, the person I expected wasn’t even there, and someone else worked on my teeth, which I didn’t appreciate.
