Simply due to the fact that they stayed at the office and waited for me, shows that Dr. Neil and her staff are dedicated and care about their patients. They never thought twice about staying and taking care of my loose crown. I didn't get the usual "sorry, we are closed but we can fit you in on Monday" response. It was a Friday, by the way. Instead I heard the unusual " we will wait for you, don't rush and be careful!" How amazing is that?!
They make you feel just like you're part of the family. Not only are they all very professional, but also very positive, caring and down right sweet!!:)
Kristel did a thorough and efficient job of cleaning my teeth. Debbie helped me understand the billing process when dental insurance is involved.

Kristel was very thorough in explaining the results of her examination. She was also helpful in providing other preventative options. I was used to seeing Ms. Patty. It was a blessing to have Ms. Kristel care for me and I believe I would enjoy future visits with her care.
