Bought 24 Oz white chocolate frappe with salted caramel . . Cashier stated it would be $7.85 plus tax (12%) . . Paid $20 . . received $10.60 back . . That means I was charged $9.40. . if extra shot is .50 . . what is the extra $1.05 for? If I am paying cash do they automatically charge a tip of $1?? It would seem so . . Beware of this when you come . .Not worth creating a scene but the customer should know before they do it . . Shouldn't they?
12 oz iced late only has one espresso shot. It tasted like flavored milk. Very disappointed.
