Wood has been under new ownership for about a year. They have really stepped up there game, I brought my alternator in, Willy fixed it on the spot. $20.00 I was on my way. Great job.
I find them to be fair and honest. Vehicle would not crank. I suspected starter was bad. Mechanic showed me it was only a bad wire connection. He put on a new connector (cost $1.00). He could just as easy sold me a new starter. I trust them.
My friend has had nothing but bad experiences with woods battery. I would not recommend this company.
Took my vehicle there just to ask a question. They couldn't , or tell me the problem, but had a bad serpentine belt. Let them change that vehicle started squealing. Didn't do that before they changed belt. Took back thinking that they would look at and fix what was caused by them, but instead something else was wrong. They didn't come and even tell me what was wrong this time just fixed it and charged me more money anyway. I am not very happy and will not be taking my vehicle back to them again.
