I lived at the Woods for 2 yrs. It was affordable, well kept very safe for Rocky Mount. Lynn was very helpful. My departure was due to a possum situation that wasn’t properly rectified, and there was a family who lived across from me who were racist. The son approached me with a gun telling me I couldn’t park in a handicap spot at 8pm at night and the police had to be called, however it wasn’t a handicap spot and the son did not live there, and he was also a felon. Lynn does an excellent job as property manager. She’s responsive, professional, and personable. Thank you for all you do for this community.
Horrible place. They cover a handicap spot just to make it convenient for a very young person. SMH. They don't care about ADA rules.
Despite its location next to the four lane portion of Benvenue, the apartment complex is actually pleasantly quiet.
