Lynn does an excellent job as property manager. She’s responsive, professional, and personable. Thank you for all you do for this community.
Horrible place. They cover a handicap spot just to make it convenient for a very young person. SMH. They don't care about ADA rules.
Despite its location next to the four lane portion of Benvenue, the apartment complex is actually pleasantly quiet.
I really enjoyed my stay here. During the year I was here, I experienced no issues with my appliances or heating/air. My neighbors were quiet and friendly. Management was kind, helpful and quick to respond if I ever had a question or request. I highly recommend Woods at Benvenue if you’re looking for a place to stay.
