Worse experience I’ve ever had. NOT open Saturdays. Last Saturday went to clean out 2 units. No electricity for the touch pads. When I finally got someone on the phone it was almost 2 1/2 hours before someone came and manually opened the doors. Used a flashlight to unload the 2 units because a “bird” flew into the transformer and knocked it out. I DO Not recommend this business to anyone. ( I’ve rented shortage units for over 40 years, 90% of the time I’ve wanted to do something with them was on a Saturday and Sunday. Doesn’t it make sense to have someone on site during this time to conduct Business?) .

Ashlie Is a great asset to this company. She was very helpful friendly and also sent reminders about coming in today to get the rental. I admire her for coming to work with a positive attitude and bubbly personality considering the personal tragedy she is going through this week. Praying for her and her family.

I have been renting from this place for 10 mths and absolutely fell in love with this place. I have rented from storage units many times and found this place to be the best one 10 months ago. I recently had a job change so 2 months in a row I have been late. No big deal I know I have to pay a late fee is not going to break me to have to pay an extra $15. What has made me angry about this place is that within 3 days I received 5 phone calls and 6 emails this is after I explained to them that I was going to be late. This is borderline harassment. So now when I go pay them I'm going to pull my stuff out of storage and take it down the street and pay a cheaper price for a smaller unit and give someone else my business because they have ruined the great experience that I started off to have 10 months ago.
