Do not rent from here. Trying to see when they will fix my dishwasher that broke a week ago. They just wont answer the phone and I had to get this number myself they do not give their number out. Last year my oven broke 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. It was not replaced until after the new year. Not so much as a sorry from them. This company makes it a point to mistreat their residents.
Just an update on previous post. Our townhome has now been rented for $2400 per month compared to $2K from Woodruff. This demonstrates how Woodruff (especially George) provided little support and kept rental rates low for over 5 years.
