The Worst. I have recently become a resident and since the first day the apartment has been falling apart. The toilet after the first flush was leaking non-stop. One shower did not work, the second shower leaked to the apartment below. Drawers in the kitchen were falling off the tracks, the oven door is falling off, the kitchen sink had no running hot water, the door knobs in the apartment were broken so the doors would not shut or the doors were painted over so many times they would not close.
