RecommendedAmazing staff that are beyond awesome whenever you need anything. If we were not moving, we would stay another year as it is the perfect place. Great back yard area, pool is awesome in the summer, and friendly neighbors! 5/5!
Great place to live. Located across from Mayo Clinic west parking lot. Easy access to shuttle from there. Great location for Mayo employees. Beautiful grounds. Amenities include pool, hot tub, sauna, workout room, garage parking, party room, etc. Staff is excellent and really make it feel like home.
Awesome!! Place to live in Rochester MN!! Love it here at Wooddridge Apartments Property! been a loyal resident for 5 yrs took off for a little bit came back recently and it's better than ever! Great on site manager and rockin � really cool maintainance staff! I would recommend Woodridge Apartments 100%.
An excellent property that has everything you might need: beautiful apartments with heat included, pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, nice and friendly staff and neighbors, garage, social room, playground for kids, nice view of the woods or street and much more (great location too - right across the Mayo West Parking Lot)! We truly enjoy it here, and would strongly recommend Woodridge Apartments to everyone! Search no more, this is the place you will love! :-)
Great place to call home. Lived here for 5 years. Went somewhere else for a short period of time and moved back.
