RecommendedThe move in process was pretty easy. Jen answered all of our questions. The apartments are pretty quiet and private. The woods are a nice environment. Maintenance is a little slow, but it's nice it doesn't cost anything. A one bedroom is a little small for two people, I wish there was more closet space, but it's do-able. I wish sewer/water was included. The location is wonderful. Everything you need is within miles.
I lived at Canterbury Park for about five years. Super quiet, and my husband and I loved the view of the woods we had. Canterbury was a great first apartment for us, and recommend it!
Management does a good job of working with residents to address issues.
