I hope the food tastes better than Kelly's attitude. This is my first and last time ordering from Woodpile. What a horrible first impression! Kelly was rude and condescending on the phone both times I called. I understand she is the only one there, but as the face of Woodpile, she is giving your brand a very poor name. It was my wife and my first visit here. we ordered the platter and were supposed to get a side of coleslaw and mac n cheese. We picked up because of the whole covid19 thing. well we didn't notice until we got home the items were missing. I tried to call but no one answered. I tried to email and got no reply. Not happy with spending money on things that are not given.
