Tried for the first time after seeing them on ABC 7 news and we didn’t regret it! Food was really good, and the bacon sundae was a very creative take with the bourbon caramel sauce! We hope to be back soon! Definitely the best BBQ we’ve had.

Amazing BBQ made by a staff that knows what they’re doing. Pulled pork and cornbread are my favorites but I haven’t had a single item I wouldn’t order again.
First of all, I was genuinely amazed that my server asked if I wanted my brisket lean or marbled (fat). This is the only BBQ place in the Midwest that has ever asked me that question . Anyone with knowledge of true Texas ‘cue understands this subtle distinction. I ordered “fat” and ate it with no sauce, just a bit of salt and pepper. Amazing and on a Tuesday night to boot! When you first opened we were your biggest fans. Got carry out every few weeks and it was always great. Lately have noticed a quality slippage. The past three times my brisket ruben has not been very juicy even though I ordered marbled. My wife gets the sausage and says that it is just OK and not very well spiced. Every time the sausage order has been well under 8oz. The order today was 6oz, that is 25% less than what the menu says. Sadly this is our last order from you.
