This place does not care for their elderly residents. Not only did they assign my Elderly mother with a handicap placard a parking spot 2 buildings down but she has been complaining about noisey neighbors for 2 years and nothing has been done! There is noise all times of the night which has caused her stress and management is doing nothing about it! And don't get me started on all the trash built up in front of the dumpster and dog poop all over the place.
I have been in this community for two months. Management made sure all my questions were answered and move in day went smoothly. Everybody is very professional and courteous. Any complaints or repair that need done have been handle within 24hrs. The amenities are excellent and I feel safe living here. I am happy with living in this gorgeous community.
Thank you to James Donato in our leasing office here at Woodmont Townsquare. I have lived here quite a few years now and James has been nothing but the best when it comes to the care that he gives to the tenants residing here. He makes sure that when there is a concern or issue he gets on it right away to find a solution. James is excellent at what he does and he is a true professional. You hear the upstairs neighbors having sex every night. Guests think because of a guest plaque they can park in people's RESERVED spaces. Don't worry though, they give you a park space farrrr away from your building . It always smells like weed and trash. Maintence only cleans once a month... Just mops and vaccums. Unbelievable, gross. People outside and in the hallway like to have a party at 1am. Its noisey, you can never sleep.
