You hear the upstairs neighbors having sex every night. Guests think because of a guest plaque they can park in people's RESERVED spaces. Don't worry though, they give you a park space farrrr away from your building . It always smells like weed and trash. Maintence only cleans once a month... Just mops and vaccums. Unbelievable, gross. People outside and in the hallway like to have a party at 1am. Its noisey, you can never sleep. Save yourself the aggravation and do not move here. The time has finally come and I'm happily moving out of this joke of a "luxury" apartment complex. There is NOTHING luxurious about this dump. Let's start with the parking lot not having any lighting and being pitch black for over two months. How difficult could it be to replace lighting when it has impact on the safety of residents? We enjoy the carefree life while living here. No lawn maintenance for my husband to worry about. From the staff at the office , housekeeping and maintenance staff are all excellent. My grandson enjoys the game room and theater room. Plus the pool in the summer.
