Beautiful friendly place to live , we lived here for 21/2 years , everyone that works here are very helpful , great memories made new friends !!!
Overall, it's been a positive and enjoyable experience! Everyone in the community has been super friendly, and the staff are polite and very responsive. Side note: The hallways and doors could use a coat of fresh paint. Hopefully that's on your short-list for routine maintenance. 👍
I’ve been here over 2 years now. Everything about it has been amazing! I’ve owned my home the earlier part of my life and have rented other places. None of them even come close to what’s offered here at Woodmont Townsquare! Seriously, not just saying it. I’ve looked elsewhere…most places don’t have an elevator, don’t have a dedicated Amazon/Fed-Ex/UPS secure drop off, trash pick up service right out front of my door, service is amazing, 2 dog parks for my pup, a beautiful pool with large area to relax and even grilles to BBQ... read more
Just moved into the apartment and want to give a shout out to Skye for being so helpful in this transition and very kindly answering any question that came up throughout the process.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE! They are scams. The rent goes up every month. The electric is more than if you lived in a house. The gas is a scam. Was charged almost $300 in gas 1 month! They will scam you any which way they can. They are now trying to come up with anyway to keep security deposit. I was wondering why I always seen people moving out when I first moved there now I know why. Your packages get mixed up with everyone else’s and your packages WILL go missing!
