Lease anywhere but here! – This is the most saddest excuse for office space in the Lakewood, no make that Metroplex area. We have been tenants in this building for three years and could not wait for our lease to expire. Badly managed and maintained, yet their rates and escalations are equal to properties far superior. Very poor upkeep in the common areas, elevators are scary at least (three of our staff have been stuck in them over our lease period), building security is non existant, do not pay for reserved parking because ... read more
