Poor Maintenance and Rude management Unbelievable ! After paying high rent for this tiny apartment, one would have expected basic courtesy from the management and reasonable efforts to fix broken appliances - however, it has been a nightmare for the past 6 months. Broken appliances, leady faucets, partially blocked toilets etc takes months to be fixed. The management acts as though they are doing you a favor by renting the apartment to you. Callous Management Poor upkeep, broken appliances, bed bug infestation and totally callous, rude and unprofessional management. The sales people are really nice and will take you on a tour - but don't be fooled by that; once the lease is signed, you are at their mercy. Simple maintenance requests take ages to be fixed.
Electrical sockets don't work and they are not working on making it better The apartment community is very nice, and it's next to the train station. People and management here are friendly. However, the electrical sockets don't work well, very frequently, the sockets in the house stop working. Management has not bothered to resolve this even after complaining multiple times. Don't recommend, I'll be moving out in a couple of months and hopefully to a place where the power works.

Rude and Unprofessional management A common theme running through many of these reviews is the total lack of professionalism and utter disregard for customer service by the management. We had the bad luck of contacting them for fixing frequently breaking appliances and unhygienic areas near the trash room. We got a first hand experience of this uncouth behavior. Poor Upkeep - Dirty hallways, Gym and common areas This place has really gone downhill in the last one year. The hallways are dirty, littered with cigarette butts, paper towels, and dirt. We tried raising this to the indifferent management without any success. They are unbelievably rude ! Customer Service is non-existent here .

Broken Appliances, Terrible management and Noise Why don't they hire additional maintenance workers ? It takes nearly a month to get anything fixed ( we had issues with both the microwave and the dishwasher ). Asking the management about the status of any work-order is sure to ruin your day. Their callous attitude and total disdain in dealing with customers is appalling. The only good thing about this place is the location. No Security and unprofessional management There are delivery people loitering around the hallways, stuffing menus under the door and weird salesman going door to door promoting some Amway style multi-level marketing schemes. For some unknown reasons, someone always keeps the main door to the building open ( using a door wedge ) and the same goes for the back-door from the garage. Train noise - cannot sleep The entire building shakes when NJTRANSIT train go by. If you happen to get an apartment on the track side of the building, say good bye to your sleep. This new construction is supposed to be sound-proof , but looks like they used cheap materials and it has become a major annoyance. As another reviewer mentioned, there are bedbugs and we too had to wait for over a month to get the rude management to resolve the situation. Appalling condition of the apartment The management is totally unresponsive . It takes ages to get appliances fixed . The only good thing about this place is the location ( right next to the train station ). There is supposed to be a "cardboard" box next to the trash room, which is filled with actual garbage ( flea infested ). After complaining about roaches & bugs, it took them over a month to check out the issue ! Do not bother with these people ; there are much better options around ( including new ones being built ).
