Poor Management, don't fix anything, painted and put up new siding when units need NEW APPLIANCES (burners on stove not working), NEW PLUMBING (bad backup, broken dishwasher and low water flow in toilet), NEW CABINETS (crumble when opening and closing), BUGS, tenants smoking marijuana outside, windows either don't open or hard to open, HVAC System leaks and they don't change the filter every month like required. Dogs roam and use the bathroom (nobody picks up), soooo many horrible things BUT they want your rent!!! TERMINATED... read more
