Besides from the location being convenient for classes and food, the staff was quite helpful. Our apartment had noise issues with some neighbors and Pam was quick to step in and provide assistance once she was made aware. The noise issues were non existent afterwards. Rest of staff is also fairly quick to assist once they learn of any open issues.
