They use the most expensive toeing service ever. Cost $400 to get my fiances car back. Could have gave a warning
DO NOT LIVE HERE. Yes, its Woodbury but if this apartment was in Minneapolis id be concerned for my safety. There's mold everywhere, mice roaming free, strong odor of drugs and cigarettes, dirty carpets upon moving in, horrible parking situation, awful neighbors, etc.. This complex should be low income housing, if I could break the lease early I would willingly do it ASAP, keep my deposit! Do not move here, this place sucks, Id rather live in a college dorm. You get what you pay for, we moved in and everything was new which was great, everything was torn down and re done. Downside are insane amount of rodents ants and the occasional roach which is probably why they re did everything in the first place
Loved that there was a pool, sauna, and fitness center, even though I didn’t get much use out of it. Only had one minor maintenance problem while living here and it was resolved promptly. Parking wasn’t always ideal, but there was usually a spot available somewhere.
I lived in the Woodmere Apartments from 2019-21 and had a great experience. Despite the work-from-home pandemic I of course didn't plan on, I look back on my one bedroom and little patio space with so much fondness and great memories!
