Woodmere is a true gem in the heart of Venice. The neighbors are quiet, the staff is eager to help, the complex is clean, the pool, gym, fireplace, and grills are all well-kept too. I recommend 10/10.

a very well managed stable community, great staff and location.
Krystal was our leasing agent and showed my partner and I numerous apartments and we settled on an amazing second floor unit. She was so friendly and accommodating. Her personality and knowledge over each unit was top tier. Edit: emergency maintain call center will make you cry and feel like a dumbass. Very disappointed. The caller I had is named Elijah. Edit 2: Woodmere reached to correct the third party maintenance center to fix the situation. Much appreciated.
