Lived in Woodmere Apts for over 10 years. Very good management staff along with timely maintenance from an experienced team. Beautiful pool area with a hot tub and outdoor kitchen area. Very good location, short drive ro 75 and very convenient for shopping needs. Highly recommend the place I call home!!
I moved here last August and have loved living here. I have 2 small dogs and they also enjoy walking around the lake as much as I do. I really appreciate the maintenance team. My ac broke and they Rich came right away the next morning to fix it. He was very accommodating and even left me an extra filter to save me a trip to the office. Since it was old and had multiple issues, they ended up replacing it and Johnny gave me window AC units so I was never without air. That is so important in Florida! After speaking with Andrea, (hope I spelt that properly) the community manager, everything was handled extremely well and professionally. When you have issues, and unaware of situations, calling your former residence to ‘dispute’ things can go either way, extremely poor with arguing or extremely well, and I believe this went exceptionally well. I felt like I was heard as when she spoke, she addressed everything I mentioned which shows phenomenal communication and customer service. Thank you for that, it goes a long way.
Just left Woodmere after 5 years and I can say without a shadow of a doubt I already miss it. This group of people not only want to provide you a living space, they aim to give you a place to call home. Beyond the beautiful scenery and VERY convenient location, the maintenance and office employees go above and beyond. As a younger female living alone for most of my time with Woodmere, any time I was working on my car someone stopped to offer assistance.
