Krystal was our leasing agent and showed my partner and I numerous apartments and we settled on an amazing second floor unit. She was so friendly and accommodating. Her personality and knowledge over each unit was top tier. Edit: emergency maintain call center will make you cry and feel like a dumbass. Very disappointed. The caller I had is named Elijah. Edit 2: Woodmere reached to correct the third party maintenance center to fix the situation. Much appreciated.
On Saturday, May 9th, I, T.R. Larsen, met Krystal, the Leasing Agent, at 10 a.m. She was informative and courteous in answering my questions and showing me two 1 bedroom apartments. On Monday, May 11th, I returned with my wife, Liz for our scheduled appointment. We viewed the first floor 1 bdrm apartment and Krystal graciously answered all my wife's questions. Make sure to never EVER have an issue with this place or the main office and DARE to speak on your experience!! OR be prepared to get a call in the middle of your work day accusing you of writing a poor review! I moved in a week ago and I am loving it! I heard through friends that Woodmere Apartments is a great place to live and I am not disappointed! Krystal showed me the beautiful apartment that I now live in and I couldn’t be happier. She is always very helpful and kind! Ashley has also been so helpful. Great pool too!!
The maintenance crew at Woodmere Park Apartments are second to none in professionalism,, politeness and timely response whenever you need them. From the smallest of issues to even nights before a major holiday,,,they have come out and handled issues and did not leave until things were right. They have also gone out of their way to make sure I feel safe and sound. I cannot say enough wonderful things about these amazing gentlemen. Thank you for all you do.
