I accompanied my son to the office, he needs to change the beneficiary on his life insurance policy. Desi told him he couldn't help him because my son lives in New Jersey. Repeated a few times, he couldn't help. Which is completely understandable but he didn't offer to find an agent or solution to accommodate my son. I purchased the policy years ago and will definitely be canceling. Unfortunately customer service is a thing of the past.
