Just got back from another perfect weekend in the Poconos! I've been going to Woodloch since I can remember, and it never gets old! My family and I have visited in every season, and the resort does an amazing job customizing activities and amenities to fit around the weather and time of year. There are activities for people of all ability levels and plenty of options for families of all ages, sizes, and interests. We have enjoyed visiting Woodloch different times of the year.
Best customer service I've ever seen. They treat you like their friend write off the bat. We bought $20 worth of ammunition to shoot 22s and when we were done, the staff member said, with a goofy expression, "Oops, I lost your bill," so we shot for free. That same guy ran around the park with me to find my wallet. It wasn't just him; they all were so graceful to every visiter. It is not hard to find information about all there is to do there. Nice place but too isolated. Not able to explore countryside. No daily outside excursions at all. Food good. Good service.Rooms spacious and comfortable. Lots of activities on premises. It just was not my cup of tea. I'm an adventurer and this was no adventure. But most of my group liked it.
A family-friendly resort that actually *is* family friendly! Can't say enough about the staff, the comfort, the ability to relax and stay busy. I've never experienced anything quite like this place!
