This is the second year I joined my brother and his family here and I absolutely love it to the point where I feel homesick when I get home lol…there is plenty of activities for the kids AND the adults. The Festival of Lights is absolutely beautiful. The staff, I can’t even describe in words how wonderful they are. All smiles and good vibes. Can’t wait to come back next year !
Woodloch is perfect in every way! Their COVID protocol is spot on without losing any of the traditional fun.

My family (of 4) just returned from a week long stay. We have 2 boys (ages 2, 10) and they had so much fun! Each boy was able to participate in activities geared to their ages and we had loads of family fun activities to do all day long! We loved that the app allowed us sign up for activities to minimize wait time. We also loved our waiter, Murray, who was so attentive and personable for the whole stay! We had a great time!

Absolutely worst hotel I have ever dealt with. Horrible customer service. They have completely ruined our entire family vacation. We booked two months ago and I was told today (2 weeks out) that they are cancelling our room to host a larger group. They have no regard for what it takes to plan a vacation, take time off from work, coordinate days off of school and all they offered was a future date. Well we can’t just pick another day. This resort does not value families! They cancelled my friends vacation with two weeks notice for a corporate event who would pay more. Her family booked in advance because her husband is a health care worker. Her son has limited mobility and with such little notice now they no place to go! Shame on you management! You do not value families!
