RecommendedWoodley’s not only has a great selection of healthy plants, lawn ornaments/fountains, and plant care, but they have always been helpful and welcoming with our crazy kids and all. Their installation guys in the NE are also top notch! I highly recommend Woodley’s and our family will continue to be repeat customers.
Highest level of customer service here. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. I do NOT have a green thumb, but these folks have made me successful with decorative plants since I moved to Ballentine two years ago. You get what you for... I would never get this kind of customer service, courtesy, experience and help at a place like Walmart. They are worth every penny I have ever spent there. Adam is very enthusiastic, eager to help and knowledgeable.
The staff is very knowledgeable about all plants. Their plants are healthy and beautiful. They have many water fountains and beautiful outdoor decor.
In addition to a great selection of every plant imaginable, their customer service is above and beyond. We are greeted every time we come to the store and the staff have been so helpful in suggesting plants for our landscape. Love this store!
Great service when looking for specific plants, great ideas, and just an uplifting experience. I go to both locations.
Brandy from the Northeast location was so helpful. My husband and I struggled with a vision for our garden and she took the time to help piece it together for us and pick the perfect plants!
