We’ve had to request to get our A/C unit fixed way too many times and they come and “fix it” but the A/C still puts out warm air. It’s been a frustrating summer. This has happened many times in the 6 years I’ve live here.
Repeat do not move here if you don’t want to deal with roaches roaming the halls , going into your unit, they charge you for pest control that doesn’t work, flies coming through the vents, knats in the halls, reaching coming through the sockets and sink. Video evidence off all this. The old property management put a valet trash company to pick up the trash that the tenants didn’t ask for or agree to , it was solely on the property management but this one is saying that we all will have to pay for something we didn’t ask for ... read more
My fridge was getting broken every two weeks. Jesus tried fixing it, but it would only last a few weeks. When it happened the 3rd time, I called the office and as always Sabreena took action. Within 2 hours Jesus came and had us empty out the fridge. He replaced it immediately. We truly appreciate everyone that work with this company. They’re all on top of their stuff
