Terrible experience. Front desk does not like to answer the phone and I’m waiting for lab results. I was left on hold for hours at a time. I called at 4 and someone picked up and then put me back on hold until 5:30 where I had to hang up because the office was closed. They had closed the office and left me on hold. Another morning I was on hold for 2 hours until giving up and hanging up.

As I walked in the receptionist with her fake eyebrows continued to ignore me- a few seconds pass and I said hi. She all of a sudden noticed I was there and without changing her plain expression, "I'll be with you in a moment" came out as she continued to stare at her screen. The other person who was finished with another patient looked at me as if I was bothering her and turned around to her screen with her back to me. The PA here is great but the front desk staff is an absolute nightmare. They NEVER pick up the phone, can't be bothered to check people in and do not ever expect to receive your test results. Save yourself some stress and go somewhere else.
