I would like to note that, aside from the location and the maintenance staff ( I really appreciate them!!), I rate most of the services here very negatively. We lived there from September 2023 until June 2025. To briefly explain our experience: at move-out, our family was charged $270 for a very small, barely visible stain on the carpet, which felt completely unreasonable. I am thankful for the opportunity to acknowledge the great service that I always receive from the maintenance technician, Mr. Daniel Garcia. I applaud his consistently being professional, polite, and thorough. He takes pride in all that he does. He is a source of the pride that I express with being a satisfied resident.
Maintenance arrives in a timely manner, very professional, the problem is always handeled. Never had any issues with maintenance.
I am a new tenant at Woodlee Terrace and I really enjoy the property. I found Ms Tanya Congdon to be very professional, courteous, helpful, and resourceful. She was able to walk me through the process, provide suggestions when needed and responded promptly to any questions I had. I’m happy with my choice to reside at Woodlee Terrace.
