Woodlee Terrace seemed too good to be true. Jane is an outstanding staff member, but Tatiana was a complete dealbreaker. She had an inappropriate attitude and appeared to be trying to get extra money out of me for no reason. Once Tatiana is gone, this might be a pleasant place to live. One star.

I had a terrible experience with Woodley Terrace Apartments and would not recommend them to anyone. We put down a $300 deposit for an apartment we were interested in, but ultimately did not move forward—and they refused to return the money after telling us we would get the money back if we backed out.There was no clear explanation, no reasonable justification, and no effort to resolve the situation fairly. I would like to note that, aside from the location and the maintenance staff ( I really appreciate them!!), I rate most of the services here very negatively. We lived there from September 2023 until June 2025. To briefly explain our experience: at move-out, our family was charged $270 for a very small, barely visible stain on the carpet, which felt completely unreasonable.
